Quality unit is a SaaS enterprise software provider. The company has developed two major online tools: - Post Affiliate Pro (affiliate management software). The software is used by more than 19 000 customers worldwide. - Live Agent (true multi-channel support software). The development of Live Agent began in 2011 and in Sep 2012 has a few hundred customers from around the world. Quality Unit was established in 2004, as a software development company. Our primary effort was on developing web based applications. From start up, we have always had a duel marketing focus. While we concentrate on developing our own best selling products, we also function as a custom design group, creating quality web applications for external clients.
