Formdesk is a web-based Software as a Service (SaaS) tool that enables users to design and manage a variety of online forms, including application forms, registration forms, order forms, and surveys. These forms can be integrated into internet or intranet sites, emails, and social media by using simple hyperlinks or iframes, with the forms hosted on Formdesk's own servers. Formdesk allows users to create forms easily without requiring any software installation or IT department assistance. Completed form submissions are sent via email, and automated confirmation messages can be sent to respondents. Users can also download and import comprehensive overviews of completed forms into programs such as Excel.
