PostUp is an email service provider with a complex history dating back to its founding in 1996 under the name Skylist. In 2005, it was acquired by PulsePoint, a digital marketing company formed from the merger between Datran Media and CONTEXTWEB. In early 2014, Transition Capital Partners acquired PulseConnect and UnsubCentral, rebranding them as PostUp. At this time, founder Joshua Baer rejoined the company as a board member and investor. The rebranding established PostUp as an email marketing solutions provider focused on innovation and meeting customer needs.
