EventGeek, now known as Circa, is an event marketing platform designed specifically for demand generation and field marketing teams, helping sales and marketing professionals manage events wherever and however their customers gather. The platform supports planners handling anywhere from tens to thousands of events, enhancing efficiency with comprehensive and effective tools trusted by event planners worldwide. Founded in 2016 during Y Combinator’s Summer batch under the original name EventGeek, the company was created to simplify the complex, detail-heavy tasks event planners face by providing clarity, confidence, and control. In 2020, amid the global event shutdowns, the company fostered a community of thousands of planners sharing ideas and support, demonstrating resilience and adaptability. Following this, the company relocated to Santa Fe, New Mexico, and rebranded as Circa to signify a new era in events. Since 2021, Circa has embraced a spirit of hope and creativity, symbolized by its participation in the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta with the Circa hot air balloon. Today, Circa continues to develop technology that empowers event professionals to create meaningful and impactful moments.
